Your appointment time is 45mins however the 3D scanning session lasts for approximately 5 - 10 minutes. During this time you will remain still in your selected pose while we manoeuvre the scanner to capture your body. You only have to stay still for periods of ~2 mins.

Going completely nude is typically best for your sculpture however it is also totally fine to wear a light coloured, seamless g-string (that isn’t too tight fitting). This can be digitally smoothed out & removed in editing. During the scan you will also have to take off any jewellery and tie your hair up. Wear something on the day that is comfy and loose to avoid any body marks/stripes. Feel free to also bring a robe to the session to pop on before/after scanning.

Our 3D scanner uses infrared light and is 100% safe, it’s similar to taking hundreds of photos in a short time frame. Infrared is also used in TV and aircon remotes.

Fill out our Booking Form to see our availability and book in your 3D scan appointment. A $100 deposit is required to book in your date which is fully deducted from the final balance invoiced after the appointment.

You can expect your sculpture within 7 - 9 weeks (or up to 12 weeks for pure bronze) of your appointment date or from the final selection of your sculpture size and pose (we’ll do a few poses you can select from in your appointment). You will receive a tracking notification via email when your parcel has been sent out.

Our Bronze Look sculptures are 3D printed and finished with a coating that contains real bronze powder, after this a wax is applied for extra polish & protection (similar to the other 3D printed options). Pure Bronze sculptures are cast in molten bronze at a foundry and then a patina is applied. These are overall heavier and more durable.

3D scanning does pick up a lot of body detail however as the sculptures go through a process of being sanded and smoothed out with different coatings, most of these will be subdued on the final model.
